Andy Cosferent
Andy Cosferent, featured in Netflix's Docuseries 'Cheer' is a multi-time World Champion athlete, coach, and choreographer. With 12 years of experience in gymnastics and 15 years in Cheer, Andy has choreographed over 1,000 routines and judges worldwide. Andy created the National Cheer tour "Cheer Live" and is in an Nfinity Legend Hall of Fame.
Brandon Pizarro
Brandon Pizarro has over 15 years of experience in all things related to the Sport of Cheer. With extensive knowledge in all aspects of the sport, he is a two-time world champion and 3 collegiate college national champion. Throughout his career, Brandon has coached all ages and all levels of cheer (levels 1-7), securing multiple national championships and All-Star World Championship titles.
Ali Roozitalab
Ali Roozitalab began gymnastics at the age of 5. He was a member of the Iranian national trampoline team for 15 years and secured the national championship title for 12 consecutive years. Throughout his 13 years of coaching gymnastics and trampoline, coach Ali has competed in numerous world championships and international competitions.
Lauryn Shaw
Lauryn brings 14 years of experience as a level 6 and 7 flyers, with a distinguished record of national and international competition. She achieved a silver world medal in 2015, placing 2nd with Team UK at the IFC World Cheerleading Championships. As a three-time consecutive European champion, coach Lauryn has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication to the Sport of Cheer. Her expertise extends to choreography and coaching, where she has contributed to numerous routines, leading various teams to multiple National Championship victories.
Leah
Leah is our Director of Human Resources and Commercial Development. Leah brings a wealth of over 12 years managerial and teaching experience as a former Corporate Manager. Safety and Emergency Procedures Instructor and Examiner at one of Europe’s leading airlines. Additionally, Leah is a mother to four young children actively involved with Dubai Athletics Cheer and gymnastics in Dubai.
Eamon
Eamon is our Director of Operations with over 20 years of experience in the commercial airline industry, attaining leadership roles in Europe and the UAE.
With an MSc. in Air Transport Management and BSc in Management, he has demonstrated knowledge in financial accounting, economics, legal compliance and corporate finance. Currently Eamon is also an airline pilot for a major airline in the UAE.
